Excellent service

I bought a rear bumper for my mustang and needed it painted so I read reviews and the best place that kept coming up was Automall Autobody. So I went down there and they were really nice and they knew exactly what I wanted and it only took a day to get it painted and mounted on my car. I will definitely be taking my car back there if I need anything painted. Very good customer service.

Excellent Service

This was my first accident that I needed a body shop. Esurance recommended Automall Autobody and it was the best decision I made going there. Wesley was my contact and he was very patient and extremely informative on the process. They did an excellent job on my Suburban and will recommend them to anyone that needs their services. Hopefully, I won't need repairs again, but if so will definetly go to Wesley at Automall Autobody!!

Of course there is no such thing as perfect.... but pretty darn close. I like the calls on the progress of my challenge I brought to them before I had to call. The solutions were amazing, as well as the finished product. Jim and Wesley provided personal care and understanding in this project. I brought an older car, 1983 300d turbodiesel, with 167,000 miles on it, beautiful gold metalic with a small scratch. Within 2,000 miles I had managed to put a good size dent along the drivers side covering both doors. Since I was paying for the repair out of my own pocket, hitting a stationary object... cost was also important. They quoted me and stuck to the quote which I know was no small feat. A little different repair job than normal, and Jim & Wesley not only took on the challenge but did better than ever expected Thank you. I just saw check this box to confirm you are human... humor is good but no one was happier to see the car than my 13 1/2+ yr old golden retiever, Harley.... He loves his car too.
